Behind every successful event we deliver is a focused and passionate team that blends creativity, coordination, and communication.

At the helm is our Founder & Creative Director, whose visionary approach sets the tone for every event — from concept to execution. Our Event Coordinator is the detail expert, ensuring every schedule, supplier, and setup runs without a hitch. Supporting the logistics is our Events Operations Coordinator, the hands-on strategist who turns plans into action on the ground. And rounding out the team is our Social Media Manager, capturing the magic and sharing our moments with the world, keeping our community informed and inspired.

Barbara is the heart behind Suniba Concepts. With a deep love for meaningful celebration, she leads with intention, grace, and a clear vision for luxury done differently. Every event she touches carries her signature blend of warmth, elegance, and care.

Paulette supports full planning and coordination across all event types at Suniba Concepts. She oversees timelines, manages client communications, and ensures every vendor is perfectly aligned to bring each event vision to life.

She enjoys getting dressed up, has a flair for elegant details, and secretly lights up when a conversation turns legal.

Lariba ensures smooth on-ground execution and exceptional guest experiences at Suniba Concepts. She works closely with vendors, manages real-time logistics, and supports the team in delivering seamless, stress-free events.

With a calm spirit and a can-do attitude, she’s the friendly face you’ll see making sure every little detail falls perfectly into place.

Lariba – Events Operations Coordinator

Chris leads Suniba Concepts’ social media with creativity and intention. He brings a fresh, engaging touch to every post and ensures the brand’s voice stays authentic and inspiring, one scroll at a time.

When he’s not crafting content, you’ll find him exploring new editing styles or sipping frozen bubble tea with his headphones on and a playlist in the works.
